Atto keeps your team in sync with real-time notifications for time off requests. Employees receive updates on their requests, while admins and managers get alerts when action is required.
When Do You Get Notified?
Atto sends notifications at key moments to ensure no request is overlooked:
For Admins & Managers:

When a new request is submitted → You’ll receive a notification to review and take action.
For Employees:

When a request is approved or rejected → You’ll receive an instant confirmation.

When an approved request is canceled → If an admin cancels your approved time off, you’ll be notified.
Note: Only approved time off requests can be canceled by an admin. Pending requests can either be approved or rejected.
Where Do Notifications Appear?
Atto sends real-time notifications to keep you updated on time off requests.
If you’re not receiving notifications, make sure they’re enabled in your settings.
Check your settings:

Atto App → Go to Settings > Notifications & Reminders and enable time off alerts.

Device Settings → Ensure Atto notifications are turned on in your phone’s settings.
How to Enable & Customize Your Notifications
All users, regardless of role, can manage their own notification preferences in Atto.
To adjust your notification preferences:

Go to Settings > Notifications > Time Off.

Push notifications are sent automatically for new requests & time off updates.

Check device settings to ensure Atto notifications are enabled.
