Atto makes it easy to track, filter, and manage time off requests — helping admins and managers stay organized, plan ahead, and ensure accurate records.


Tracking Time Off Requests

Where to View Requests

  • Go to Dashboard > Time Off > Team

  • All submitted requests (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired) are listed

View Request Details

  • Tap any request to see:

    • Selected dates

    • Time off code (e.g., Vacation, Sick Time)

    • Submitted hours and notes

    • Current approval status

Approved Requests in Reports

  • All approved time off is automatically logged in Reports > Time Off

  • Rejected and expired requests remain visible for reference but do not affect timesheets or payroll


Filtering Time Off Requests

Use filters to narrow your search and quickly find specific requests:

  • Filter by Member – View request history for a specific team member

  • Filter by Status – Choose from Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Expired

  • Filter by Date Range – View requests within a specific timeframe

You can combine filters for more accurate results — for example:

Approved requests from a specific team member in the past 30 days.

This helps with team availability planning and ensures transparency across your schedule.
