Atto makes it easy to track, filter, and review time off requests for better team planning. Whether you’re looking for a specific request or need an overview of upcoming leave, filtering options help you stay organized.


Tracking Time Off Requests

Open the Time Off Requests Page

  • Go to Dashboard > Time Off > Team to view all pending requests.

Check Request Details

  • Tap on any request to view dates, approval status, and notes.

View Approved Requests in Reports

  • Approved time off is automatically logged in Reports > Time Off, ensuring accurate payroll and compliance tracking.
  • Rejected and expired requests remain visible for reference but do not affect timesheets.

Managers & Admins can track team-wide time off for better planning and scheduling.

Filtering Time Off Requests

If you need to find specific time off requests, you can apply multiple filters at once to refine your search.

  • Filter by Members → View time off history for a specific team members.

  • Filter by Status → See only Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Expired requests.

  • Filter by Dates →  Select a custom date range to view requests within a specific period.

→ Combine multiple filters to get more precise results. For example, you can filter for approved requests from a specific employee within a certain date range, making it easier to track leave history and manage scheduling effectively.
