Atto’s Time Off Reports help admins and managers track leave usage, review trends, and ensure payroll accuracy. Whether you’re checking upcoming leave or exporting data for record-keeping, all the information you need is easily accessible.
Tracking Approved Time Off
To view time off data, go to Reports > Time Off.
This section provides a breakdown of approved time off entries, including:

Total Hours → Displays total leave hours within the selected period.

Time Off Types → Categorized by leave codes (e.g., vacation, sick leave).

Paid vs. Unpaid Time Off:
- Paid Time Off → Shows total hours, total pay, and the type of leave used.
- Unpaid Time Off → Displays total hours and the time off code used. -
Employee Selection → Use the Members section to review time off for specific employees.
📌 Note: Reports only include approved time off. To view pending, rejected, or expired requests, check the Time Off Requests page.
Reviewing & Managing Time Off Requests
To monitor all submitted time off requests, go to Dashboard > Time Off.
Here, you can review pending, approved, rejected, and expired requests for the selected timeframe.
To quickly find a request:

Filter by Employee → View time off history for a specific team member.

Filter by Status → Find requests based on approval status.

Filter by Date Range → Review requests for a specific period.
📌 Tip: You can combine multiple filters (e.g., approved requests for a specific employee within a set date range) to streamline tracking and reporting.
