How to Access Time Off Settings

Open Time Off Preferences

Go to Settings > Time Off Preferences in the Atto app.

Enable Time Off Requests to allow employees to submit time off.
Customizing Time Off Policies

Define Leave Types → Create and manage categories like Vacation, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, and other custom leave types. Employees can only select from the options defined by the admin.

Enable or Disable Manager Approvals → Choose whether managers can approve time off requests, or if approval should be limited to admins.
Adjusting Approval Workflows

Admin Approval (Default) → By default, all time off requests require admin approval before they are finalized.

Require Manager Approval → If enabled, managers can approve or reject time off requests from their team. Otherwise, only admins can manage approvals.
📌 Note: If manager approvals are enabled, managers will receive notifications for new time off requests.
