How to Add Time Cards Manually

Atto allows you to manually add time cards to ensure accurate records of work hours, even if a clock-in or clock-out was missed. This feature helps admins and managers keep timesheets consistent and up to date.


Steps to Add a New Time Card

  1. Start a New Entry

    • On mobile, you can add a new time card from the + button on the top right side of the Dashboard tab or from the Reports tab.

    • On web, you can add a new time card using the + Add button on the left side of the main menu.

  2. Choose “Time Card”

    From the dropdown, select Add Time Card.

  3. Select a Team Member

    Choose the employee for whom the time card is being added.

  4. Fill in the Time Card Details

    • Date and Work Hours: Set the clock-in and clock-out times.

    • Repeats: Apply the same entry across multiple dates, if needed.

    • Job Code and Job Hours (Optional): Assign a job code to categorize the entry.

    • Notes (Optional): Add notes or attach images for documentation.

  5. Save the Entry

    Tap or click Add Time Card to complete.


Important Notes

  • No Future Clock-Outs: A time card cannot include a clock-out time beyond the current time.

  • Permissions: Only account owners have full access to add or adjust time cards for all team members.
