Tracking Your Request

You can track your request status by navigating to: Dashboard > Time Off

Here’s what each status means:

Pending → Your request is waiting for approval from an admin or manager.
Approved → Your request has been accepted, and the approved time off will be reflected in your records.
Rejected Your request was not approved, but you can submit a new one if needed.
⚠️ Expired → If a request isn’t approved before the requested date, it automatically expires and will not be added to your timesheet.

Editing or Canceling a Request

  • Editing a Pending Request → If your request is still pending, you can edit it before it gets approved. Open the request in Time Off Requests, make your changes, and resubmit.
  • Canceling a Pending Request → If you no longer need the time off, open the pending request and tap Cancel Request. The request will be removed from the list.
  • Approved Requests → Once approved, only an admin or manager can modify or cancel the request.
If your request expires, you’ll need to submit a new one.
