Atto’s Scheduling Settings for Admins give managers control over team visibility, shift management permissions, and clock-in preferences. These settings allow for customized scheduling policies, aligning shift management with the team’s unique requirements.

Key Admin Controls

1. Schedule Visibility: Admins can decide if employees see only their own shifts or the entire team’s schedule.

My Shifts Only: Employees view only their assigned shifts, keeping individual schedules private.

Full Schedule View: Employees can view the entire team’s schedule, which is useful for teams needing collaborative shift visibility.

2. Shift Actions Permissions: Enable or restrict actions like dropping shifts to control shift changes within the team.

Enable Shift Adjustments: Allows employees to request adjustments, such as dropping shifts when needed.

Disable Shift Adjustments: Restricts all shift changes, requiring adjustments to go through admin approval for a more structured approach.

3. Clock-In Restrictions: Admins can set restrictions to prevent early clock-ins or limit clock-in times to a specific window around the shift’s start time.

Clock-In Window: Set a time frame before the shift’s start when employees are allowed to clock in, ensuring time entries align with scheduled hours.

Early Clock-In Prevention: Prevents clocking in too early, helping keep work hours accurate.

These Scheduling Settings provide admins with flexibility and control, ensuring that the team follows a structured, policy-aligned schedule while allowing for tailored visibility and permissions.
