Atto’s Scheduling feature includes advanced actions to help managers organize, filter, and manage the team’s schedule more effectively. These options, accessible from the More (+ icon) menu, provide tools for filtering shifts, downloading reports, and clearing schedules.
Accessing Advanced Actions
To access additional scheduling options:
-
Go to the Scheduling Page: Tap the floating + icon at the bottom right of the Scheduling page to open the shift creation view.
-
Tap the “More” Icon: Located at the top of the Scheduling view, the More icon opens a menu with advanced actions.
Key Advanced Actions
-
Download Schedule as PDF: Managers can download the current schedule as a PDF report, which is sent to their email. This feature is helpful for sharing the schedule or keeping a physical backup.
-
Filter Shifts:
-
Job Code: Filter shifts by job codes to view specific roles or tasks across the schedule.
-
Job Site: Filter by job site for teams working across multiple locations, making it easy to see who’s assigned where.
-
Team Member: Filter by individual employees to quickly check specific team members’ shifts.
-
Clear Schedule Options:
-
Clear Entire Schedule: Remove all shifts from the current schedule. This action is helpful for major rescheduling needs. Note that a new week in Atto starts with a blank schedule, so there’s no need to clear shifts for a fresh week start.
-
Clear Only Draft Shifts: Keep published shifts intact while removing any shifts still in Draft mode, allowing you to finalize the current schedule without affecting live shifts.
-
Mark All Shifts as Open: This action designates all shifts in the current schedule as open shifts, making them available for any qualified team member to claim. Keep in mind that any open shift without a job code will be automatically removed, as job codes are required to specify the role.
These advanced actions give managers more control and flexibility, helping to maintain an organized, adaptable schedule. Filtering options provide quick insights, while actions like downloading or clearing schedules enable effective planning and reporting.
