Notifications and Reminders in Atto keep team members updated on scheduling changes and help employees stay on track for their shifts. Admins can enable notifications for key scheduling events, while employees can set up personalized reminders.

Key Notifications and Reminders

  1. Shift Publication and Updates

Notifications are sent when shifts are published, updated, or removed, keeping everyone informed of their responsibilities.

  1. Shift Start and End Reminders

Employees can set reminders for shifts, with options like 10, 30, or 60 minutes before the start time to help them prepare.

  1. Missed Clock-In Reminders

A reminder is sent if an employee misses their clock-in time, helping maintain accurate timekeeping.

 

Managing Notifications

Notifications can be adjusted in Settings:

  • Enable/Disable Notifications for specific events.

  • Ensure Device Settings allow Atto notifications for seamless updates.

Notifications and Reminders keep your team aligned and reduce the risk of missed shifts or clock-ins.
