Key Viewing Options

All Shifts: This view shows the complete schedule for the team. Managers can check this view to see who’s working, fill any gaps, and ensure coverage is adequate across the week.

Open Shifts: Any shifts that are unassigned appear in this view, allowing employees to claim extra work when needed. Managers can monitor this list to quickly identify shifts that still require coverage.

My Shifts: This personalized view shows only the shifts assigned to you, making it easy for employees to focus on their responsibilities without the distraction of the full team’s schedule.
Navigating Weekly and Daily Views
At the top of the Scheduling page, the default weekly view shows shifts organized by day. You can:

Switch Between Weeks: Use the navigation arrows to move between past or future weeks. This is particularly useful for planning ahead or checking previous assignments.
