Navigating Scheduling

Main Views:

Scheduling is divided into three primary views, accessible from the top navigation bar:

  1. All Shifts – Displays every scheduled shift across the team for the week, making it easy to see who’s working and identify open shifts.

  2. Open Shifts – Shows shifts that need coverage, allowing employees to select available shifts based on their availability.

  3. My Shifts – Focuses on shifts assigned to the logged-in employee, providing a personalized view of the work schedule.
