Atto's job codes and job pay rates simplify compensation tracking for specific tasks and projects. Here's a breakdown of what they are and how to use them:

  • Job Pay Rates: The hourly or salary rates assigned to employees for specific tasks, linked to job codes.

  • Job Codes: Codes used to categorize different types of work done by your team.

Setting Up Job Pay Rates:

  1. Open Settings: Head to 'Pay Rate'.

  2. Select a Team Member: Choose whom to set a job-specific rate for.

  3. Turn On Pay Rate: Make sure it's enabled.

  4. Add a Job Pay Rate: Click this option.

  5. Choose a Job Code: Select the task or project.

  6. Enter Details: Specify the hourly rate and start date.

  7. Save: Confirm your setup.

Important Notes:

  • A default pay rate must be set before you can add job-specific pay rates.

  • You can set multiple job pay rates for each employee, each associated with different job codes.

Managing Job Pay Rates:

  • Edit: Update job pay rates as needed to reflect compensation changes.

  • Update: Easily change which job codes are connected to specific pay rates to keep track of project costs accurately.

  • Delete: Remove old rates to keep your pay rate data current.
