If you need to deactivate your Atto account, follow these straightforward steps to permanently remove your account and associated data. Please note that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Deactivation Steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on your Account’s Name (e.g., Company Name).
- Select “Delete Account.”
- Confirm by entering your account’s password.
Note: Only the account owner has the authority to deactivate the company account. Once deactivated, all users lose access.
Important Note:
- Data Removal: Upon deactivation, all data associated with your Atto account, including time entries, reports, and team member information, will be permanently removed.
- Irreversible Action: Deactivating your account is an irreversible action. Once the account is deactivated, you will not be able to recover any data or access the account again.
