What Is a Pay Schedule?
A pay schedule is the frequency at which you pay your employees. It can be weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Choosing the right pay schedule is important to match your company's pay frequency.
How to Change Pay Schedule:
-
Log in to your Atto Payroll account.
-
Navigate to the Company Details section.
-
Scroll down to the Pay Schedule section and click on Update Pay Schedule.
-
Select the pay schedule that aligns with your company's pay frequency. For example, if you pay your employees every two weeks, choose the "bi-weekly" pay schedule.

Specify the First Period End date, which marks the end of the first pay period.
-
Set the First Pay Day, which is the date employees will receive their first paycheck.

Save your payroll setup.
By choosing the right pay schedule, you ensure that your employees are paid accurately and on time according to your company's pay frequency.
