Adding & Managing Job Sites

Atto makes it easy to add and manage job sites, ensuring your team knows exactly where to be and when. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Adding a New Job Site:

  1. Go to Settings in your Atto app, then select Job Sites.
  2. Tap on "Add Job Site" or the plus (+) icon. To locate the job site, you can:
    1. Drag the pin on the integrated map to the desired location.
    2. Use the search field to add the location address.
  3. Once located, enter a name for the job site and set the location's diameter.
  4. Click on "Add Job Site" to save your new location.

Note: For the best experience when dragging and dropping the pin, we recommend using the mobile version.

Deleting a Job Site:

  1. In Settings > Job Sites, choose the job site you wish to remove.
  2. Tap on “Delete Location”.
  3. Remember, time cards previously tagged with the deleted job site will instead display the location’s street address.
