How to Transfer Account Ownership to Another User

Ensure the new account owner is part of the account and holds an Admin role. This will grant them the necessary permissions to manage the account effectively.

Initiating the Transfer:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on your Account’s Name.
  3. Tap “Transfer Ownership” or click on "Choose New Owner."
  4. Select the new account owner from the list.
  5. Tap “Transfer Ownership.”

Confirmation and Notification

  1. New Owner Notification: The new account owner will receive an email from Atto with instructions on confirming their new role. 
  2. Previous Owner Status: After the transfer is complete, the previous account owner will remain an Admin within the Atto account. This ensures a smooth transition of responsibilities and maintains their access to account settings and management features.
