Atto’s Time Clock makes it easy to manage your tasks during the day by letting you start, switch, or end job codes without needing to clock out.

Starting a Job While On the Clock

  1. Open the Time Clock tab

  2. Tap “Start Job” (located below the Clock Out button)

  3. Select the job code from the list

  4. Tap “Start Job” to begin tracking time under that job

Switching or Ending a Job

If you’ve completed a task but need to stay on the clock:

  1. Go to the Time Clock tab

  2. Tap “Switch Job”

  3. Tap “End Job” to finish the current job assignment

Note:

When you clock out, any active job will automatically end, and time will be recorded accordingly in your timesheet.
