Atto’s integration with QuickBooks Online simplifies syncing your team’s time data for accurate payroll and reporting. With real-time syncing, employee timesheets are automatically pushed to QuickBooks, minimizing manual work and errors.
Step-by-Step: Set Up the Integration
1. Open Settings
Log in to the Atto web app and go to Settings.
2. Select Integrations
In the Integrations section, locate QuickBooks Online.
3. Connect QuickBooks Online
Click Connect, then follow the prompts.
Authorize the Connection
When prompted, log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Click Authorize to allow Atto to securely access your QuickBooks account and begin syncing data.
| Important: QuickBooks Online Plus is required to connect with Atto.
Import and Match Employees
Match your QuickBooks employees to users in Atto for accurate time and payroll syncing:
Import employees: Check the box next to each employee to sync them with Atto.
Invite employees not in Atto: Select Invite Employee from the dropdown and enter their email. Once they join Atto, syncing will begin.
Exclude employees: Uncheck any names you do not want to sync.
You’re All Set
Once setup is complete, Atto will automatically sync time entries with QuickBooks. Your team’s hours will appear in QuickBooks weekly timesheets, ready for processing.
