  • Replace Users Easily: You can swap out a user no longer needed with a new team member simply by removing the existing user and adding the new one.
  • Automatic Updates: Your subscription will automatically adjust at the start of each billing cycle to match the actual number of users. This means any unused seats won't be counted, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

This flexibility helps you efficiently manage your subscription costs and adapt to team changes without incurring additional charges.
