Atto provides a convenient way to cancel your subscription if you no longer require its services. This guide outlines the steps involved in canceling your Atto subscription on both web and mobile platforms.
To cancel your Atto subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to https://dashboard.attotime.com/subscription/plans and log in with your account
- If you're on a mobile device. tap on “Go to Billing”
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" from your account's subscription page
- Confirm subscription cancellation in the popup
Important Notes:
- Canceling your subscription will not affect your access to Atto until the end of your current billing period. During this period, you can continue using all the platform's features and functionality.
