Atto's convenient link-sharing feature empowers you to seamlessly invite new team members to your account, ensuring that your team remains aligned with your growing business needs. This streamlined process eliminates the need to manually enter each member's email address, simplifying the onboarding process and saving you valuable time.

Creating and Sharing Your Invite Link:

  1. Go to Settings > Invite New Members.
    1. On mobile, tap "Share your invite link..."
    2. On the web, click "Copy."
  2. Share the link with anyone you want to join your Atto account.

Note: Team members will be prompted to enter their email address to create their account and join your team.

Deactivating and Regenerating Invite Links:

If you prefer to deactivate the invite link to prevent new team members from joining, follow these steps:

  1. In the Invite New Members page, click "Deactivate link."
  2. You can generate a new invite link at any time by clicking "Create an invite link."

Additional Considerations:

  • Ensure that new team members have valid email addresses to successfully create their Atto accounts.
  • Keep the invite link secure and avoid sharing it publicly to prevent unauthorized access to your Atto account.
