Ensuring your Atto account reflects accurate time information is crucial. Here's how you can synchronize and manage time zone settings to keep your records consistent and reliable:

Automatic Time Zone Synchronization:

  • Effortless Setup: Atto automatically sets your account's time zone based on your device's settings, offering a quick and convenient way to ensure accurate timekeeping without manual configuration.
  • Seamless Hour Synchronization: To maintain continuous alignment with your device's time zone, enable automatic time zone updates on your device. This guarantees that time entries and reports reflect the correct time, regardless of location changes.

Establishing a Fixed Time Zone:

If you prefer a single time zone for your entire account, Atto allows you to set a fixed time zone. This ensures consistency across all timesheet data, regardless of individual team members' locations.

  1. Go to Settings > Time Options
  2. Enable "Fixed Time Zone"
  3. Search and select the preferred time zone
  4. Tap on "Save"
