Disabling Location Tracking Preferences for You or your Team Members

Atto offers flexible location tracking settings that allow you to disable tracking across the entire account or for specific team members. This ensures your setup aligns with your company’s privacy policies and operational needs.


Disable Location Tracking for the Entire Account

To turn off location tracking for all team members:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Location Tracking

  3. Choose Never

  4. Tap Save

This disables location tracking account-wide. No team member’s location will be recorded or tracked during work hours.


Disable Location Tracking for Specific Team Members

To manage location tracking per team member:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Location Tracking

  3. Turn User-Specific Tracking ON

  4. Tap Save

Then, adjust individual tracking preferences:

  • Select a team member from the list

  • Choose the desired tracking level (While on the Clock, Clock In/Out Only, or Never)

This lets you tailor tracking settings to different roles, giving your team flexibility while maintaining oversight where needed.
