Disabling Location Tracking on an Account-Wide Basis
To turn off location tracking for the entire account, follow these steps:
- Go to "Settings".
- Select the "Location Tracking" option.
- Choose "Never" as the location tracking preference.
- Click on the "Save" button to finalize the changes.
By disabling location tracking on an account-wide basis, you effectively prevent location data from being collected for any team member. This ensures that no location information is recorded or tracked.
Turning Off Location Tracking for Specific Users
If you prefer to manage location tracking on a user-specific level, follow these steps:
- Go to "Settings" section of the Atto app.
- Select the "Location Tracking" option.
- Toggle the "User-specific tracking" switch to the "On" position.
- Click on the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
Once user-specific tracking is enabled, you can individually control location tracking for each team member:
- Select the desired team member from the list of users.
- Toggle the location tracking switch to the "On" or "Off" position, depending on your preference.
By enabling user-specific tracking, you gain granular control over location tracking, allowing you to tailor it to each team member's requirements.
