Real-Time Team Member Location Tracking

Atto's real-time location tracking feature provides a convenient way to stay informed about the whereabouts of your team members. This feature allows you to view a team member's current location on a map, ensuring visibility into their movements and overall work activities.

Viewing a Team Member's Current Location

  1. Go to the "Activity" tab on the Atto app.
  2. Locate the team member you wish to track from the list of team members.
  3. Their current location will be displayed on the integrated map.

Full-Screen Map View

For a more comprehensive overview of your team's locations, you can expand the map view to full screen. To do so:

  1. Go to "Activity" section.
  2. Drag down the list of team members.
  3. Tap on the profile of the team member whose location you want to view.
  4. A pop-up window will appear, providing the following information:
    • Team member's name
    • Current status (on the clock, on break, etc.)
    • Current location
    • Last location update timestamp

Updating Location Information

To refresh the location information for all team members, tap on the "Refresh" button located in the top right corner of the screen, above the list of team members.

Location Update Frequency

A team member's location is updated automatically while they are on the move or when they arrive at a job site or other location where they spend more than 10 minutes.

Location Tracking Requirements

Please note that for a team member's location to be updated and displayed, they must meet the following criteria:

  • On the clock: The team member must be actively clocked in.
  • Active internet connection: A stable internet connection is essential for location data retrieval and updates.
