Atto’s real-time location tracking provides visibility into where your team members are during work hours. You can see current locations directly from the Activity tab, helping you monitor field activity and stay aligned throughout the day.
Viewing a Team Member’s Location
From the web:
Open the Atto web app.
From the left-hand menu, click Activity to open the Team Activity tab.
From the mobile app:
Open the Atto mobile app.
Tap Dashboard at the bottom of your screen.
Select Team Activity from the top section.
Once opened:
You’ll see a list of all team members, showing their current work status - On the Clock, On Break, Clocked Out or Not Active.
Tap on any team member to view their latest location and activity details.
Using Full-Screen Map View
In the Activity tab, drag down the list of team members to expand the map.
Tap on the team member’s profile to view detailed info, including:
Team member’s name
Current status (on the clock, on break, etc.)
Location
Time of last location update
Refreshing Location Information
Tap the Refresh button at the top right of the screen to update all team members’ locations manually.
Location Update Frequency
Locations update automatically when a team member is moving or remains at a job site for 10+ minutes.
Location Tracking Requirements
To show up in real-time tracking, a team member must:
Be clocked in
Have an active internet connection
Enable location permissions on their device
