Open your Invoicing settings
Open Settings.
Select Invoicing.
Only users with the required access can update Invoicing settings.
Complete the initial setup
Work through each section on the Invoicing settings screen:
1. Add your company details
Under Company Details, review your company name, business address, email address, and phone number. These details identify your business on the invoices you create.
2. Upload your company logo
Under Branding, select Upload and choose the logo your Customers will see. For the best result, use an image that is at least 128 × 128 pixels.
3. Choose who can use Invoicing
Under Roles & Permissions, choose the access for Admins, Managers, and Employees:
Full Access
Create Drafts Only
View Only
No Access
4. Set up invoice numbering
Under Invoice Numbering, choose:
Sequential Per Customer — each Customer has their own sequence.
Sequentially Across Account — every invoice follows one account-wide sequence.
For account-wide numbering, also set the Invoice Prefix and Next Invoice Sequence.
5. Choose the default invoice terms
Under Default Terms, set:
Payment Terms — when payment is due.
Footer Note — a message or payment instructions for your Customers.
Tax Rate (%) — the default tax used to calculate invoice totals.
6. Configure payment reminders
Under Payment Reminders, turn on Reminder Emails to follow up about unpaid invoices automatically. You can schedule up to three reminders before, on, or after the due date.
Replies go to the invoice sender by default. You can also add a global Reply-to email.
7. Save your settings
Review your setup, then select Save.
These settings become the starting point for new invoices. You can return to Settings > Invoicing whenever your billing process changes.
