Viewing Team Activity in Real Time

The Team Activity tab in Atto gives admins and managers a live view of who’s working, on break, or clocked out — along with real-time location updates (if enabled).

It’s designed to give you a clear picture of your team’s day — helping everyone stay visible, informed, and in sync.

Accessing the Team Activity Tab

On mobile:

Open the Atto app and go to the Dashboard. From the Team Activity section, tap All Members to view your full team.

On web:

From the left-side navigation panel, select Activity.


Viewing Team Member Status

Each team member appears with their current status, such as:

  • On the Clock – actively working

  • On Break – currently on a recorded break

  • Clocked Out – finished their shift for the day

  • Not Active – not scheduled or hasn’t clocked in today

You can also see:

  • Clock-in time and duration of the shift

  • Location (if GPS tracking is enabled)

  • Time of last update


Using the Map View

To view your team’s locations on a map:

On mobile:

In the Activity tab, drag the list of team members downward to expand the full map.

On web:

The map view automatically displays beside the team list.

Tap a team member’s profile on the map to view their details, including their name, work status, and last location update.


Refreshing Team Data

Tap the Refresh button at the top-right corner to manually update the list and map.

Locations also update automatically when a team member moves or remains at a job site for more than 10 minutes.
