How Seat Management Works

  • Replace Users Anytime

    If someone leaves the team or no longer needs access, simply remove them and invite a new team member to take their place — no need to purchase another seat.

  • Automatic Subscription Updates

    At the start of each billing cycle, your subscription automatically adjusts based on your actual number of active users.

    If there are unused seats, they’ll be removed — so you only pay for what you use.
