When your team grows, you can easily add new seats to ensure everyone has access to Atto. Here’s how to do it:
Steps to Purchase Additional Seats
Log In
Visit the Subscription Dashboard and log in as the account owner.
Go to Manage Seats
Click “Manage Seats” from your subscription overview.
Add Seats
Select “Purchase Seats”, then enter the number of new seats you want to add.
Review Pricing
Confirm the per-seat cost and total charge, including any applicable taxes.
Complete Purchase
Click “Complete Purchase” to finish adding your seats.
Important to Know
Prorated Billing
You’re only charged for the remaining time in the current billing period — no overpaying.
Immediate Activation
New seats are billed and activated right away, so you can invite new members immediately.
Pending Invites
If someone was invited but your plan didn’t have space, they’ll automatically join once extra seats are added.
Auto-Adjustments
At the start of every billing cycle, your seat count updates automatically to match your actual team size — unused seats are removed so you’re only billed for what you use.
