If your Atto subscription becomes inactive, you can reactivate it anytime depending on your billing status. Follow the steps below based on your situation to resume access to your account.
If Your Billing Period Has Ended
If your subscription has fully expired and you no longer have access to the dashboard:
Go to the Atto Subscription Page and log in.
Select a Plan that fits your business needs.
Adjust Seats if necessary by clicking Manage Seats.
Add Extra Features such as the Payroll add-on (for U.S. users), if applicable.
Enter Billing Info and review your Purchase Summary. You can switch between monthly or annual billing here.
Click “Complete Purchase” to finalize reactivation.
If You’re Still Within the Billing Cycle
If you canceled your subscription but are still in an active billing period:
Log into your Atto account.
Go to the Subscription page and click “Reactivate” under your current plan.
Adjust Plan Details as needed (e.g., user count) or update payment information.
Confirm your changes to complete the reactivation.
What Happens After Reactivation
Immediate Access: Your plan features will be re-enabled instantly.
Billing Continuation:
If reactivated within the billing cycle: Your previous schedule resumes.
If reactivated after expiry: A new billing cycle starts from the reactivation date.
