Whether your team is growing or your needs have changed, switching your Atto subscription is quick and flexible. You can change your billing frequency or switch plans directly from the Subscription Dashboard.
Switching Billing Frequency
Go to Subscription Settings
Log into your Atto account and open the Subscription page.
Change Billing Cycle
In the Your Active Plan section, select “Switch to Monthly” or “Switch to Annual”, depending on your preference.
Confirm Your Choice
Confirm the change. The updated billing frequency will apply at the next renewal, and you’ll be charged the full amount of the new plan at that time.
Changing Your Plan (Upgrade or Downgrade)
Open the Subscription Dashboard
Go to Atto’s Subscription Dashboard and sign in.
Click “Change Your Plan”
From the Your Active Plan section, choose from Starter, Plus, Advanced, or Expert. Review the new plan features and pricing.
Review Billing Adjustments
Upgrading? You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.
Downgrading? You’ll receive a prorated credit that will apply toward future invoices.
Confirm and Apply
Once you’re ready, confirm your changes. The new plan takes effect immediately, and your billing will adjust accordingly.
Canceling a Pending Plan Change
If you start to change your Atto plan but decide to keep your current setup, you can cancel the pending change before the next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active with no impact on your ongoing subscription.
