Your business evolves — and your Atto plan can too. Whether you’re growing your team, scaling back, or adjusting features, Atto makes subscription management simple and flexible.


Adjusting Your Plan

  • Change Plans: Switch between plans anytime. Updates apply at the next billing cycle.

  • Upgrade: Get access to new features immediately. A prorated charge will apply for the remainder of the billing period.

  • Downgrade: Downgrade any time. You’ll receive a credit for unused time, applied to future payments.

  • Add Payroll: Activate Payroll as an add-on. It will have its own billing period, separate from your main subscription.


Managing Team Size

  • Modify Seats: Adjust your team size as needed. Atto automatically updates your seat count at the start of each billing cycle based on actual usage.

  • Payroll Seats: Payroll user seats are billed separately and adjust monthly based on usage.

  • New Seats: When you add users mid-cycle, you’re only charged for the time remaining in the current billing period.
