Even after a team member is removed from your Atto account, their timesheet history remains available for record-keeping, audits, and payroll reconciliation. This guide shows how to access and download these reports.
Who Can Access These Reports
Only account owners and admins have access to archived timesheet data for removed members.
How to Access Timesheet Reports
Log into Atto
Go to dashboard.attotime.com and sign in with your credentials.
Open the Reports Tab
From the left-hand menu, click Reports and then select Timesheets.
Use the Member Filter
On the right side, use the Member Filter to switch between All Members and Archived Members for more flexible viewing.
All Members includes all active team members with timesheet data available for review and management.
Archived Members shows users you’ve deleted in the past, but whose timesheet data is still available for reporting and compliance. (Available on web only.)
Select a Team Member
Find and select the removed employee whose report you want to access.
Set the Time Period
Choose the date range for the report.
Download the Report
Click the Download button in the Timesheets section to generate the report in PDF or CSV format.
Why This Matters
Record Keeping: Maintain a historical log of employee work hours for internal and external audits.
Payroll Reconciliation: Verify hours worked even after the employee has left the organization.
