Using the Reports Tab

The Reports tab in Atto provides a complete overview of your team’s activity, giving admins and managers a powerful way to track time, payroll, mileage, job performance, and time off.

Accessing the Reports Tab

  • On mobile: Open the Atto app, then tap the Reports icon from the bottom navigation bar.

  • On web: Select Reports from the left-side navigation panel.


Explore the Available Reports

Use the tabs at the top to switch between:

Timesheets

Pay

Miles

Job Codes

Time Off


Timesheet

Get a breakdown of work hours by day, including:

• Regular hours, paid/unpaid breaks, and overtime

• Time off entries and any manual edits

• Options to view by day, week, or custom date range

• Ability to edit timecards or download reports (based on permissions)

• Toggle between Active and Archived Members to switch between current and past records

• Tap a member to open their detailed time card, which shows GPS clock-ins, breaks, job codes, and notes

• You can also view each member’s mileage details directly within their time card

Pay

View pay-related insights across your team:

• Estimated pay based on tracked hours and pay rates

• Breakdowns by regular, overtime, and time off hours

• Filter by date range or employee

• Helps verify accuracy before processing payroll

• Select a member to view their individual pay report with all related details

Miles

Track and review team mileage:

• Total miles driven, number of drives, and logged value

• Separate fields for parking fees and toll charges

• Member-by-member view with distance and map data

• Exportable mileage reports for reimbursements

• Open any member’s mileage record to review detailed route maps, timings, and notes for accurate reimbursements.

Job Codes

Analyze how time is spent across tasks:

• Total hours worked per job code

• Team-wide and individual breakdowns

• Useful for tracking project progress, cost allocation, and billing

• Reports also show time worked without a job code

• Click any job code to see which team members worked on it and their logged hours and pay

Time Off

Manage and review all leave requests:

• View approved, pending, rejected, or expired requests

• Track paid vs unpaid time off

• Filter by status, date, or member

• Manually add time off for employees (admin/manager only)

• View total hours and pay by leave type for both team-wide and individual records.
