Forgotten PINs can be reset in a few quick steps.
Resetting Your Kiosk PIN
Launch the App
Open the Atto Kiosk application on your device.
Tap “Forgot PIN”
This option appears on the login screen.
Enter Your Email
Input the email address associated with your Atto account.
Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your PIN.
Create a New PIN
Click the link to set a new 4-digit PIN.
Save and Log In
Confirm your new PIN and use it to access the Kiosk.
Keep in Mind
The reset link is valid for a limited time (typically 24 hours). If it expires, repeat the process to receive a new link.
