Admins and managers can use the Crew Time Clock feature in Atto Kiosk to clock team members in or out directly from a shared device. This helps streamline shift changes and ensure everyone’s time is accurately recorded.
Before You Start
To access this feature, you must have admin or manager permissions in your Atto account. Standard employee roles cannot use the Crew Time Clock.
Steps to Clock In/Out Team Members
Activate the Kiosk
Tap the screen to turn it on.
Log In as Admin or Manager
Use your admin or manager PIN to access the kiosk.
Open Crew Time Clock
Select Crew Time Clock from the main menu.
Select a Team Member
Browse or search the list of team members and choose the person you want to clock in or out.
Take Action
Tap Clock In or Clock Out, depending on what’s needed for that team member.
Additional Notes
The Crew Time Clock is ideal for job sites where a manager oversees clock-ins for multiple workers.
Any clock-in/out activity done through this feature will be reflected in the employee’s timesheet, with the action noted as performed by an admin or manager.
