Setting Up a New Atto Kiosk for Your Team

If your team uses a shared device for clocking in and out, setting up a dedicated kiosk is quick and easy. This guide walks you through creating a new kiosk and customizing its settings to match your team’s needs.


Before You Start

Make sure you’re logged in as an account admin. Only admins can create or manage kiosks.


Steps to Create a New Kiosk

  1. Open the Atto Kiosk App

    Log in using your admin credentials.

  2. Go to Manage Kiosk

    Select “Manage Kiosk” from the menu.

  3. Create a New Kiosk

    Tap “Create a New Kiosk” to begin setup.

  4. Adjust Kiosk Settings

    • Device Name – Give the kiosk a clear name based on its location or usage (e.g., “Warehouse Tablet” or “Front Desk”).

    • Require Photo to Clock In/Out – Enable this if you want photo verification when employees clock in or out.

    • Crew Time Clock – Turn this on to allow admins or managers to clock in/out on behalf of multiple employees from the same device.

  5. Activate the Kiosk

    Tap Set Up to complete the process.
