Mileage reports help you review and manage all recorded drives, including distance, value, parking fees, and tolls. You can download these reports directly from Atto on both the mobile app and the web.
How to Download a Mileage Report
Open Atto and go to Reports
Select the Miles tab
Set your filters
Choose the time period
Select a team member if needed
Tap or click the download icon
Select Mileage Report
Once you choose the report:
On mobile, the report will be generated and emailed to you.
On the web, a ZIP file containing the report will download to your device.
What the Report Includes
Total Miles – Total distance driven for the selected period
Total Drives – Number of recorded trips
Total Logged Value – Combined value of all drives, including parking and tolls
Drive Value – Cost of drives only
Parking Fees and Tolls – Separate breakdown of these expenses
