Navigating Atto's Mileage Tracking

Atto’s mileage tracking offers a clear, easy-to-use interface to help you monitor team travel, track costs, and ensure accurate reimbursements. This guide walks you through where to find mileage data and how to make the most of it.


Accessing Mileage Tracking

  1. Open the Atto app

  2. Go to Reports

  3. Tap “Miles” – This tab opens your mileage dashboard.


Mileage Overview

At the top of the screen, you’ll see a summary of key travel metrics for your team:

  • Total Miles – All miles tracked during the selected period

  • Total Drives – Number of recorded business trips

  • Total Logged Value – Combined value of drives, parking, and tolls

  • Drive Value – Drive-related costs only (excluding extras)

  • Parking Fees – Total parking costs recorded

  • Tolls – Total toll expenses logged


Viewing Member-Specific Mileage

Scroll to the Members section to see individual mileage stats. Tap a member to view:

  • Drive List – Each trip is listed with detailed data

  • Distance Traveled – How far they drove per trip

  • Route Overview – See the full route on the map

  • Trip Details – Includes time, date, location, and notes


Using Mileage Data to Your Advantage

  • Track Costs Clearly – Use mileage totals and drive values to monitor travel spending and manage your budget

  • Ensure Fair Reimbursements – Transparent tracking helps teams trust the process and keeps reimbursements consistent
