For iOS Devices
Motion & Fitness
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness
Turn on Motion & Fitness for Atto
Location Services
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services
Ensure Atto is set to Always
Turn on Precise Location
Background App Refresh
Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh
Make sure it’s enabled for Atto
Drive Detection
After your drive ends, allow 5–15 minutes for Atto to process and log the trip
App Stability
Avoid force-quitting the app or using memory-saving tools that shut down background apps
Disable Offload Unused Apps from Settings > General > iPhone Storage if it affects Atto
