How to Manually Add a Drive

Manually adding a drive in Atto ensures that no business travel is left unrecorded — especially useful when automatic tracking wasn’t enabled or a past trip needs to be logged.


How to Add a Manual Drive

  1. Start a New Entry

    • On Mobile:

      Tap the + button in the top right corner of the Dashboard tab or go to Reports > Miles, then tap the + button to add a new drive.

    • On Web:

      Use the + Add button on the left-side menu to select Add Drive from the list.

  2. Fill Out the Drive Details

    • Member (For Management Roles Only) – Assign the drive to the appropriate team member.

    • Date – Choose the drive date.

    • Start & End Locations – Input the origin and destination.

    • Drive Notes – Add details like the reason for the trip.

    • Parking & Tolls – Include any additional expenses tied to the drive.

  3. Save the Drive

    Tap Add Drive to finalize and log the entry.
