Steps to Delete a Drive
Open the Atto app
Go to the Reports tab
Tap on the Miles tab
Under Members, select the team member
(Admins and managers only)
In the Drives section, find the drive you want to remove
Tap the Bin icon next to the entry
Confirm deletion when prompted
Things to Keep in Mind
Check your permissions – Only admins and managers can delete drives for others.
No undo option – Deleting a drive is permanent. Double-check before confirming.
Affects reports – Removing a drive updates total mileage and reported expenses.
