Setup for Parking and Toll Options

Tracking travel expenses like parking and toll fees is simple with Atto. This feature complements mileage tracking by giving you a full picture of your team’s driving-related costs.


Turning On Parking and Tolls

  1. Open Settings: Access the main menu and go to Settings.

  2. Enable Mileage Tracking: Make sure this feature is turned on.

  3. Activate Parking and Tolls:

     • Find the options labeled Parking and Tolls

     • Switch them ON to start tracking these expenses


Adding Expenses to Drives

  1. Create a New Drive: Tap the ‘+’ icon and choose “Add Drive.”

  2. Fill in the Details:

     • Select the team member

     • Add date and journey locations

     • Enter parking and toll amounts

     • (Optional) Add notes for extra context

  3. Save the Drive: Tap “Add Drive” to confirm.
