Atto automatically sends timesheet reports to the account owner’s inbox based on the set payroll period schedule. These reports summarize total hours worked and ensure accurate payroll tracking across your team.
How to Set Up Payroll Report Emails
Go to Settings > Timesheet Report
Set your Workweek Start Day
Choose a Payroll Period Schedule:
Weekly – Sent every week with hours for the full workweek
Bi-Weekly – Sent every other week with two full workweeks included. Select the closest upcoming payroll close date
Semi-Monthly – Sent twice per month with hours reported up to the two selected calendar dates
Monthly – Sent once per month with all hours up to your selected day
Custom – Sent weekly with hours for the selected days only
| The report is sent the morning after the payroll period closes.
