How to Access Timesheets for Removed Team Members

Even after a team member has been removed from your Atto account, their work history remains accessible to admins and account owners. This ensures transparency, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.


Accessing Timesheet Reports

Only account owners and admins have access to archived timesheet data for removed members.

To view or download a removed team member’s timesheet:

  • Log in at dashboard.attotime.com and sign in with your credentials.

  • Go to Reports – From the main menu, click Reports and then select Timesheets.

  • Use the Member Filter – On the right side, use the Member Filter to switch between All Members and Archived Members for more flexible viewing.

    • All Members includes all active team members with timesheet data available for review and management.

    • Archived Members shows users you’ve deleted in the past, but whose timesheet data is still available for reporting and compliance. (Available on web only.)

  • Select the team member from the list.

  • Set the desired date range for the report.

  • Click the Download icon in the Timesheets section.

  • Select Timesheet Report to export the data as a PDF or CSV file.

  • Record Keeping: Keep historical work logs for audits, legal requirements, or project reviews.

  • Payroll Reconciliation: Confirm final pay calculations even after an employee leaves.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain required data retention for HR and tax reporting.
