Even after a team member has been removed from your Atto account, their work history remains accessible to admins and account owners. This ensures transparency, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
Accessing Timesheet Reports
Only account owners and admins have access to archived timesheet data for removed members.
To view or download a removed team member’s timesheet:
Log in at dashboard.attotime.com and sign in with your credentials.
Go to Reports – From the main menu, click Reports and then select Timesheets.
Use the Member Filter – On the right side, use the Member Filter to switch between All Members and Archived Members for more flexible viewing.
All Members includes all active team members with timesheet data available for review and management.
Archived Members shows users you’ve deleted in the past, but whose timesheet data is still available for reporting and compliance. (Available on web only.)
Select the team member from the list.
Set the desired date range for the report.
Click the Download icon in the Timesheets section.
Select Timesheet Report to export the data as a PDF or CSV file.
