Atto’s timesheet reports help admins and managers monitor employee hours, job codes, and work patterns. With just a few steps, you can review individual reports to ensure accurate tracking for payroll and team performance.
Accessing Timesheets
Step 1: Go to Timesheets
From the main menu, open Reports, then select Timesheets.
Step 2: Select a Team Member
View your full team’s timesheet or select a specific team member from the list.
Step 3: Review Timesheet Summary
You’ll see:
Total Paid Hours
Timesheet Details: Overtime, double overtime, paid and unpaid breaks, paid and unpaid time off
Additional tabs to view Pay, Miles, Job Codes, and Time Off reports.
Choosing a Time Period
Default View
Atto shows the current workweek by default — starting from your designated workweek start day.
Adjusting the Time Period
Use the calendar icon to select a custom date range. Use the arrows to navigate between weeks.
Time Period Behavior
8 Weeks or Less – Daily breakdowns include date, first clock-in, last clock-out, and total hours.
Over 8 Weeks – Weekly summaries show workweek dates and total hours per week.
Downloading Timesheet Reports
To generate a PDF or CSV export:
Go to Reports > Timesheets.
Select a team member (optional) and adjust the date range.
Click the Download icon.
Choose Timesheet Report from the dropdown.
What’s Included in a Timesheet Report
Overview – Total hours, including:
Regular hours
Paid and unpaid breaks
Overtime
Paid and unpaid time off
Estimated Pay – Calculated based on total hours and the employee’s hourly rate.
Job Codes – Time spent on specific tasks or projects.
Recorded Time Entries – Daily logs showing start/end times, job codes, notes, and any attached media.
