Atto’s timesheet reports give you a clear and organized overview of your team’s hours, helping you improve time tracking, simplify payroll, and stay compliant. This guide breaks down each section of the timesheet so you can manage your workforce with confidence.


Key Sections of a Timesheet Report

Each timesheet report provides a detailed breakdown of hours worked, pay categories, and other key data points — following the same order used in the Atto app.


Timesheet Details

Review your team’s hours and activities in a clear, consistent format.

  • Total Paid Hours – Displays all paid hours worked during the selected period.

  • Regular Hours – Shows standard working hours, excluding overtime.

  • Overtime – Captures hours worked beyond daily or weekly limits.

  • Double Overtime – Includes hours worked at double pay rates, if applicable.

  • Paid Break – Tracks paid break time included in pay.

  • Unpaid Break – Lists breaks that are not paid.

  • Paid Time Off – Displays paid leave entries to manage time off usage.

  • Unpaid Time Off – Displays unpaid leave entries for attendance tracking.


Navigation Tools

Quickly find and organize timesheet data.

  • Search – Locate individual timesheets by name or keyword.

  • Filter by Department – Filter timesheets by a single department for focused tracking. (Available on mobile only.)

  • Member Filter – Switch between All Members and Archived Members for more flexible viewing.

    • All Members includes all active team members with timesheet data available for review and management.

    • Archived Members shows users you’ve deleted in the past, but whose timesheet data is still available for reporting and compliance. (Available on web only.)


Timesheet Customization

Adjust your view to fit your workflow.

  • Period Schedule – View timesheets by day, week, or a custom date range.

  • Estimated Pay – A summary of estimated pay based on hourly rates and total hours worked.


Deep Dives

Gain detailed insights for better management.

  • Job Codes – Analyze how much time is spent on specific tasks, helping track progress across projects.

  • Recorded Daily Timeline – A detailed breakdown of each time entry, including work hours, job codes, breaks, and notes.

Downloading Timesheet Reports

Simply select the desired period, then choose the download icon to export your report for your records.
