Select how you want to receive your payments — either through direct deposit or paper check. If you choose direct deposit, you’ll need to enter your bank account and routing numbers.
3. Tax Withholding
Fill out your tax withholding details, such as completing the W-4 form. This ensures the correct amount of federal, state, and local taxes are withheld from your paycheck.
