Atto Payroll makes it easy to issue payments outside of your regular payroll schedule. Whether you need to issue a bonus, commission, or reimbursement, you can run off-cycle payrolls at any time — with no extra fees.
How to Run an Off-Cycle Payroll
Log in to your Atto Payroll account.
Go to the Payroll tab.
Click Run Off-Cycle Payroll.
Set the following dates:
Pay Period Start Date
Pay Period End Date
Pay Date
Choose any of the applicable options:
Tax all earnings as supplemental income
Apply benefits
Apply post-tax deductions
Enter the employee details and payment type.
Click Preview Payroll to review everything.
Once confirmed, click Submit Payroll to process the payment.
When to Use Off-Cycle Payroll
Bonus payouts for performance or milestones
Commission payments outside of the standard cycle
Severance pay for a departing employee
Reimbursements for approved expenses
Emergency or early payments
