Why Set Up Additional Workplaces?

How to Add a New Workplace
Log in to your Atto Payroll account.
Go to the Company Details section.
Scroll down to Workplaces and click Add Another Workplace.
Enter the full address (street, city, state, and postal code).
Save your changes.
How to Update a Team Member’s Workplace
Note: Before assigning a workplace, make sure it’s already been created under Company Details.
Log in to your Atto Payroll account.
Navigate to the Team tab.
Select the team member you want to update.
Scroll to the Workplace section and click Update Workplace.
Choose the correct location from the dropdown.
Click Update Workplace to save.
Assigning the correct workplace ensures your payroll runs smoothly and complies with local tax regulations — especially when your team works across multiple locations.
